3. Independent Contractor Relationship

Remote Elite operates as an independent contractor and not as an employee, agent, partner, or joint venture of the Client. The Client retains control over its own business operations while Remote Elite manages the agreed-upon sales processes.

4. Confidentiality and Data Security

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the business relationship. Remote Elite follows strict data security measures to safeguard sensitive information. However, the Client acknowledges that no system is entirely secure and agrees to hold Remote Elite harmless for any unforeseen data breaches not caused by negligence.

5. Limitation of Liability

Remote Elite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. The Company's total liability, in any case, will be limited to the commission earned from the Client during the engagement.

6. Governing Law
